    Meet the founder

    Neha’s journey has been a whirlwind — from figuring out how to survive her first Canadian winter (spoiler: layering is an art) to navigating awkward “Where are you really from?” questions at networking events. She's moved across provinces, mastered the art of one-pot meals while juggling two amazing kids, and danced her way through doubt with late-night Bollywood playlists as her therapy.


    But through it all, her biggest cheerleader has been her husband, Vineet — her rock, her home, and her greatest support. From celebrating milestones to cheering her on when self-doubt crept in, he’s been there through it all.


    Yet, even with love and family, Neha knew something was missing — her people. A space where brown girls could connect, laugh, vent, and vibe without judgment.


    That’s why on May 18, 2024, Ninja Nari was born — a sisterhood where South Asian women share stories, celebrate wins (big or small), and sip chai while debating if Shah Rukh’s best role was Raj or Rahul.


    Because let’s be real — we’re all just trying to shine, survive, and slay — together.
